At M&F Havens, we love to work with lettings agents. We do not see you as competition but rather as partners in serving the needs of our Landlords and Tenants.
Working with us means your tenant find and management fees will still remain intact, as we will become the lead tenant. We will ensure a guaranteed rent for 3-5 years, provide a light refurbishment (if necessary) to the property, and akin to a corporate style let, house credit and income-checked full time working professionals.

You will still maintain contact with the Landlord, but this arrangement will provide you with more time to work with other clients, knowing full well that the property is in safe hands.
